Privacy Policy

The short version: HENRY collects no data. Everything you enter — your salary, pension, household details — stays on your device, and the app makes no network requests at all. There is no account, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking of any kind. Optional purchases are processed entirely by Apple, and the optional Budget-day reminder is scheduled on your device, not sent from a server. HENRY's App Store privacy label reads “Data Not Collected” because there is nothing to collect.

Who we are

HENRY is made by Accessible Resources Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”), a company registered in the United Kingdom. You can reach us at info@accessibleresources.com.

What HENRY stores — and where

To do its job, HENRY needs details like your salary, bonus, pension contributions, student loan plan and household situation. Everything you enter is stored locally on your device and is used only to calculate your figures on that device. It is never transmitted anywhere — the app contains no networking code, so it could not send your data even if we wanted it to.

Deleting the app permanently deletes everything you entered. We could not recover it for you, because we never had it.

Data we collect

None. We do not collect, receive, store or process any personal data from HENRY. There are no accounts, no sign-in, no analytics SDKs, no crash reporters, no advertising identifiers and no third-party services inside the app.

Purchases and tips

HENRY offers optional supporter purchases and tips. These are processed entirely by Apple through your Apple Account, under Apple's own terms and privacy policy. We never see your card details, your name or your email address. Your purchase entitlement is verified on your device using Apple's StoreKit — we use no third-party purchase or subscription service.

Notifications

If you opt in to a reminder (for example, the Budget-day reminder), it is scheduled locally on your device by iOS. No push-notification server is involved and nothing is transmitted. You can cancel it in the app, or turn off notifications for HENRY at any time in iOS Settings.

What we never do

• We never sell your data — we hold none to sell.
• We show no adverts and use no advertising or marketing SDKs.
• We never track you across other companies' apps or websites, and we use no device fingerprinting.
• We never ask for your name, email address or any account credentials.

Children

HENRY is a tax-planning tool intended for working adults. It is not directed at children, and since the app collects no data, it collects no data from children.

Your rights (UK GDPR)

Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation you have rights over personal data an organisation holds about you — including access, correction and erasure. Because HENRY's data never leaves your device, we hold no personal data about you to access, correct or erase: your information is already entirely in your control. If you believe we hold any personal data about you (for example, because you have emailed us), you can exercise any of these rights by contacting us, and you have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

Changes to this policy

If a future version of HENRY ever changes what data is handled, we will update this policy before that version ships and update the effective date above. The current version of this policy always applies to the current version of the app.
